It is the foundation for democratic rule and one of the most universal human rights. Freedom of speech as a universal human right is not everywhere, all over the world, is equally applicable, and it all depends on the internal socio-political system of each country. Somewhere freedom of speech is less, and sometimes more present and therefore a challenging task to demonstrate and prove the balance of freedom of speech and other universal human rights.
