Summary/Abstract: As the main institution for organizing and political leadership of society, the state exercises many functions, mainly including the following: legal, organizational, economic, social, cultural, environmental, administrative, legal defense of the sovereignty and independence. All the above satisfy certain regulatory and even punitive requirements designed to ensure the proper socialhuman functioning and efficiency of the main fields of state activity of exercising the power within the state law.
