Organizational culture as a component of the pro-innovative work environment

Summary/Abstract: Creation and implementation of innovations in the enterprise is conditioned by the presence of appropriate human potential formed not only in schools but also in the workplace. The article brings closer the issue of shaping innovative attitudes using the tool in the form of so-called pro-innovative culture. The author used the literature studies as well as results of empirical research conducted in 35 companies in Lower Silesia.
