Summary/Abstract: The article presents changes in Ukrainian stereotype of a Pole. The author‟s surveys, carried out among the students at National University of Lviv, show that the stereotype is increasingly less affected by the negative attitudes caused by Polish-Ukrainian conflicts of the 20th century. Positive features become dominant as Poles are considered to be cheerful, sociable and kind citizens of Europe who earn good money, travel around the world and are well-educated.
