Summary/Abstract: The article analyses typical lexical and stylistic mistakes made by the Ukrainians who study the Polish language as a foreign language. Some theoretical aspects of lingvodidactics connected with the specificity of understanding the notions “language norm” and “language mistake” in teaching foreign and native languages are examined.
