Summary/Abstract: In the last general elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina the ‘old’ issues have been emerged from ethno-nationalistic imagination, especially the Croatian, regarded to the identity of Bosnian-Herzegovinian political community. The final question seemingly simply is: if the Serbian Bosnian-Herzegovinian political management is rewarded for its creation of nation by separate ethnics entity, why the same model wouldn’t be applied on, for example Croatian Bosnian-Herzegovinian political management, that managed to preserve almost ethnically clean territory, resulting by the armed activities and expelling non-Croatian citizens? The Thirds and Fourths (well, not only Bosniacs, because between them are even those who don’t have much objections for creation of “own” ethnics entity, but the Others, citizens) are on their way who do not share the attitude that the ethno national pre composition of Bosnian- Herzegovinian political community is desirable. In this sense, it is necessary to finish pre-ethnicism, mobilizing pre-homogenization of the Thirds. There are certain elements for the pre-ethnicism when the Thirds are in focus, if we take in consideration that the Bosniacs’ politics on several occasions tried to produce the own people through outside-institutional forms of political constitution. The war, ethnic cleansing and genocide have significantly contributed to that, as well as ethno-political organizing which has contributed to ‘partition of state’ Bosnia and Herzegovina, ‘assemblies’, often twisted reduction of legal Bosnian-Herzegovinian bodies to ‘one of the warring sides’ agreeing to talk in the name of only ‘own’ people, and ethnic homogenization at the rest of area created by expelling during the war, and after the war by ethnoconfessional discipline of the citizens. However, ethnicism of the Thirds is not completed yet, because of the course change of Bosniacs ethno-politics towards de-ethnicism, especially during the first decade of 21. Century, because of more significant presence of the Fourths, i.e. numerous ‘anti-nationalists’ mostly in urban centres, but the most of it, because of that the dominant ethnic group does not have ‘native country’. Hence, ‘intellectual campaign’ has been recently risen which started from an attitude that ‘anti-nationalism is a form of perfidious Bosniacs nationalism which rules here’, or ‘the worst nationalists are those who introduce themselves as anti-nationalists’, etc. That step or the struggle of ethno-politics for owns legitimacy implies the struggle for pre-legitimacy of people and groups who inherit liberaldemocratic horizon of modern self-understanding.
