After pilot investigation interview schema consisted of two opening themes with six detalyzing questions. Data were analysed using interpretative phenomenological analysis. The investigation showed that experience of teachers is diverse like accessed by working with those learners. Although teachers recognized their knowledge as sufficient to work with such children they lack efficient skills and habits to deal all the possible issues arising in classwork with such learners. It causes many negative feelings such as helplessness, guilt and shame, low self-woth, lack of confidence and control to manage the educational process. help is required. Each of them restores the inner resources differently after work, and all admit it is obligatory. Investigated teachers wished for themselves and others working with problematic children the patience, health, kindness, and endurance. They access diverse feelings, try to cope with negative emotions and work on further. They consider themselves as the proper teachers that work by avocation and love for their work and learners. The results are discussed in the face of other findings using both quantitative and qualitative research methodology. In our opinion the qualitative investigation is the most appropriate and sensitive to grasp the peculiarities of inner psychological reality of those educating the children with behavioral and / or emotional problems.
