Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated on the problem of historical metamorphoses of political crime, codificated in criminal legislation of Bourgeois Bulgaria, as well in number emergency laws, passed during the period between 1919 and 1944. A special accent is posed a question about particular manner, according to which communist regime in our country qualify and sanction the so called counter-revolutionary (antistate) crimes in Criminal Law of 1951 and Criminal Code of 1968. In conclusion is turned a special attention of the legislative changes in the field of political crimes set in the Bulgarian law and society after 1989.
