The determinants of the quality of educational services

Summary/Abstract: In this study, the authors made an attempt to identify key areas of the quality determinants of educational services from the point of view of classical model of operational management. Selected determinants of input area, operations and output elements facilitate further research in the detailed assessment of the quality of educational services. The studies are the first stage of the research conducted by the authors on the quality of education at universities and technical universities in Poland.
