Summary/Abstract: Study is dealing by the Lithuanian authoritarianism during the interwar period. Text is devoted to the characterization and analysis of this phenomenon, its development, internal dynamics, and forms of expression. The aim of paper is to analyze Lithuanian interwar authoritarianism, through the application of theoretical concepts and models of non-democratic forms of government on empirical Lithuanian case. Through this methodological approach, study analyzed Lithuanian authoritarianism on the theoretical field. Study contains with an analysis of factors that created Lithuanian authoritarianism, as well as its sources. Second part of text is devoted to the internal dynamics and the evolution of Lithuanian authoritarianism. Through third part, theoretical concepts of the non-democratic forms of government are applied on the empirical Lithuanian case.
