Summary/Abstract: As new information technology is being developed new generations of information products have become popular. For that reason researches on service competitiveness have become more important nowadays. The aim of the paper is to carry out analysis on consumers’ expectations and needs of virtual services in Lithuania and foreign countries. Presented research results could be used for the formation of a competitive strategy of virtual services in order to increase a company’s competitive ability.
