Summary/Abstract: The aim of our research is to identify determinants influencing wages in Poland in the years 2001, 2003, 2006 and 2009. We want to find out if there is any changes in time and if gender can be considered as significant factor influencing wages. Investigation is provided on the basis of data from the Polish Labor Force Survey, applying ordered logit models.
