Summary/Abstract: The aim of our research is to identify determinants influencing wages in Poland in the years 2005 and 2009, and to find out if wages obtained by men and women depend on the same factors. Investigation is provided on the basis of data from the Polish Labor Force Survey, employing ordered multinomial logit models and exponential regression.
