Summary/Abstract: The report about condition of Catholic Church on Lithuania and Western Belorussia from 1947 by Michael Sopoćko tries to fi ll up the vacancy in the research over position of Church in the USSR after second world war. The description of the persecutions of the Church, prepared by the Vilnius priest, is direct relation by the witness of these events. The report presents important contribution for knowledge of history of Catholic Church on advisable terrains.
