Summary/Abstract: The influence of international environment increases in the global economy. This is visible in every branch of business activity, including arms trade. However, on the international weapons market, both the structure of environment and the impact of its elements are different from civil sectors. In arms trade the most important are political, legal and technological factors. The other elements creating international environment – economic, military, natural and cultural factors – also influence the situation and cannot be ignored. The analysis of environment and understanding of its impact on the activity on weapons market is one of the most important successful factors.
