Specific immunity of the organization

Summary/Abstract: This paper describes the concept of organization’s immunity. Using the analogy of the natural immune system, the elements of the immune system of the organization (organization boundaries, non-specific immunity and specific immunity) are presented. In particular, the subsystem of specific (acquired) immunity is being described in more detail. The active and passive manner of shaping the specific organization’s immunity is indicated. Two essential elements of the specific immunity subsystem actively shaped by the organization are identified.
