Ghetto's law

Summary/Abstract: The article proposes an analysis of the existing norms, which determine the creating of the individual and group identity of the investigated population — Romano ethnic group. The main groups of norms are related to distribution of power and to keeping the community boundaries. They are distributed according to the gender roles — the men hold the power and the women are responsible for keeping the group boundaries. At this stage of development of the Romano ethnic group, the existing norms are rather maladaptive and are an obstacle to the successful integration of the minority in the big society.
