Summary/Abstract: The current security environment is in a complex and continuous dynamics determined by multiple global processes as well as by the amplification and diversification of influence factors particularly asymmetrical in nature, manifesting as risks, threats and vulnerabilities asserting the identification and implementation of new flexible and efficient means of action in order to diminish and/or eliminate the negative consequences of their actions.
