Organization’s immunity to crisis

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the concept and the essence of organization’s immunity. In particular, in the context of the definition of immunity (resistance) in relation to living organisms, inanimate objects and social systems there was an attempt to define the term of organization’s immunity. By analogy with the natural immune system the elements that constitute the organization’s immunity (nonspecific and specific immunity) were distinguished and characterized. The article points out the need to take further research in the discussed field and shows necessary.directions of the survey.
