Summary/Abstract: The nazi-fascist occupation of the Balkan Peninsule was accompanied with changes of its political map, with partition of the peninsula among the Italian, German and Bulgarian occupiers for their military, political, economic interests and for the enlargement of the occupation zones. In Kosova were created some occupation zones to secure economic resources and raw material for the war economy. The Fascist Italia tried to camouflage these aims with the annexation of the lands where lived the Albanians. It occupier the greatest part of Kosova and of the other lands, which it united to the other part of Albania. These lands were detached from its body since the year 1913. The greatest part of the Albanian lands in the former Yugoslavia was included in the Italian occupation zone and was united in one administration unit with the other part of the occupied Albania. There were appointed Albanian civil servants. In the administration was introduced the use of the Albanian language, it was established the Albanian educational system, the legislation as well the national symbols etc., identical with those which were used everywhere in the Albanian lands. Independently from the motives which conditioned this union, from the interests and aims of the occupier, its realization testified to the national character of the population in this region, at the same time to the historical injustices accomplished by the Great Powers in the year 1913, at dhe detriment of the lands and of the Albanian people. These changes which underwent the political map of the peninsula were obliged to recognize even the political forces and the communist movement in that region, but not without resistance. And the resistance was much more stronger outside its ranks than inside.
