Summary/Abstract: Communication is essential in management, the quality of the communication depending on the problems which any employee is faced with, starting with the manager down to the most common of clerks, the endurance of the relationships between them, the capacity of the manager to prove his power, authority, to motivate and lead his employees, but also the reports with the external environment of the organization from which extremely valuable information is taken for a smooth functioning of the latter. Actually, in management, the issue of communication is the issue of free flow of ideas and solutions intended to accomplish the objectives of the organization, both through open means within the organization as through external ones. Nowadays, modern management assigns an extremely important role to communication, which is considered to be the vital component of the managing system of an organization, whether belonging to the private management or to the public management
