Summary/Abstract: In this article the author presents an overview and analysis of foreign literature and available research on customer behavior and expectations of customers looking and booking accommodation services via Internet. Moreover, from the perspective of hotels the paper shows a problem connected with the collaboration with e-intermediaries including the issue of setting prices in individual distribution channels. The author proposes the solution which on the one hand maintains customer loyalty, on the other allows effective collaboration with online intermediaries.
