Summary/Abstract: Protecting people is the key of human security, just as the main causes of human insecurity are the crises and conflicts, seen as threats on human security. Given the particular circumstances of each crisis and conflict, it is difficult to apply generally accepted model for their management, especially with the customization and specificity as complicated and acquires new meanings through the process of globalization. It is therefore necessary, in an early stage for determining the theoretical concepts, factual knowledge, practical study "area" in every respect, from issues relating to geographical features and up to reflect the elements of living.
