PRESENCE OF NOUNING IN SOME FOLK SPEECHES (Mainly in sub – dialects of Peja and Burim)

Summary/Abstract: This study deals with nouning in some of our folk sub – dialects, especially emphasising sub – dialects of Peja and Burim. After dealing with the nouning in theoretical level, in the part of introduction, it is given enough material for nouning of various parts of speech. In any case, the greatest attention has been paid to adjectival nouning, as for instance: t’ kalbtit, t’ krymtit, t’ nrydhtit, t’ mrehtit, t’ngushtit, t’ prishtit etc. In these sub – dialects we come across to the affinity for nouning of participle of verbs, of pronouns and various adverbs. In this study it comes to light the critical attitude in regard to no inclusion of nouning as much as it should, in the Dictionary of Standard Albanian Language.
