Summary/Abstract: As a result of the growing importance of the processes of globalization, the internationalization of enterprises and TNC production have a very large capital production, which generates huge profits. Transnational corporations have a huge economic force, which consists primarily on large value of sales, the availability of modern technology and skilled workforce. The income of TNC often exceeds the value of GDP of average developed countries and their trade turnover accounts for more than one third of the global trade.
