Summary/Abstract: Forty years ego Antonina Kłoskowska wrote “Social frameworks of culture”, a book which contained a profound and influential theoretical chapter focused on the problems of social production and participation. Face-to-face interaction face-to-face and directed or undirected contact in cultural communication is essential, but now we need to enrich the three traditional social frameworks of culture with a new fourth proposal: the framework of social movements and social, cultural associations /NGO s/. We are faced with the need to incorporate the results of the Polish transformation as well as the developing processes revolving around world democratization. What’s more, many modern social movements and NGO s now depend and rely on CMC (Computer Mediated Communication). From this point of view one may identify several structures, from traditional to modern: I-NGO f2f, II -NGO f2f+TMC+CMC, III -NGO f2f+Web.2.0MC, IV-NGO Web.2.0MC+NGO f2f, V-NGO Web.2.0MC. This paper also discusses some practices and experiences of NGO volunteers.
