Summary/Abstract: Balkans is a part of European's paradox, and it is reputed as a steadfast risk of a violent nationalism and ethnic conflicts between Balkans tribes and states. This schema corresponds as common epistemology problem of philosophy and science of European illumination period, when determined and formed individual and nacional states and theirs boundares. Balkanisation is a forced boundares by Europe who daemoned Balkan because they want to expand and protect French tradition of civil subjectivity and nationalism. This European's epistemology becomes a special cause of exclusive moral. The solution for „Balkans subjects“ is in opposite attitude. Instade to joy in self-pity for theirs tragedy, they must use theirs history of martyr and agonize as a cultural capital and develope theirself in „cultural anarchists“ and multiculture environment. That is a way how Balkans subjects can again be a part of transforamtion process in Europe, as a constant danger for identity of nationality boundary.
