OPINIONS AND POINTS OF VIEW REGARDING THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE PREVENTION AND COUNTERING THE JUVENILE DISAPPEARANCE SYSTEM

Summary/Abstract: The disappearance of a minor is always very difficult for the family. This unfortunate event generates, regardless of the age, strong anxiety for the parents who are aware of the major risks to which the child is exposed on the streets. Parents do not understand the situation that can worsen over time. Voluntary departure of children is the most frequent cause of disappearances. These cases are settled generally very rapidly, and a spontaneous return of the child is most likely to occur. In the article, the author presents concrete proposals concerning the improvement of the prevention and countering of the juvenile disappearances.
