Summary/Abstract: Research on the spot precedes most of the times other activities of criminal prosecution is considered "the most important lacks of cause". Such activity is subject to the rules for regulatory and factual commit, that is, if in relation with the actions carried out by criminal people it is necessary to carry out the findings with regard to the situation where an offense was committed, the discovery and fixing all the determination of position and condition of materials of the sample means times of the circumstances in which it was committed deed.
