Summary/Abstract: Increasing crime involved, unfortunately, use of weapons in committing crimes that, in fact, became more serious. Concluding that a certain inappropriate regime of weapons and ammunition would facilitate the commission of serious crimes, it was considered necessary to set up a rigorous and consistent evidence of weapons and ammunition.
