Summary/Abstract: This study deals with the issue of the relationship between international law and domestic law. It is well-known that there are some categories of rules in international law which require, for their application, specific internal regulation by the state to agree with the national legal requirements of the Treaty which became part of, so that it can create a harmonized legal and institutional framework. This regulation is detailed and analyzed leading to the conclusion that this report is characterized by mutual conditioning.
