Role of knowledge workers in creating the developing potential of organization

Summary/Abstract: The starting point of deliberations is to focus on the redefinition of indicators that influence organizational developing potential and stress the role of knowledge, especially tacit as dominant resource of a contemporary enterprise. In this context knowledge workers as a new profession of specialists are presented. These employees have competencies core to the today’s organization success, because they are possess the most precious, valuable tacit knowledge. The main part of this article is dedicated to the process of knowledge sharing among specialists and its supporting conditions.
