Summary/Abstract: The changes regarding flexible organisation of working time introduced to the Polish law (August 2013) have become the grounds for addressing these issues in the present paper. Its main focus is the presentation of theoretical and legal aspects of employing flexible forms of working time organisation in the Polish reality. Reference is also made to the issue of the so-called extension of the working time settlement period. Invoking, among others, the results of empirical research, this has become the basis for drawing attention to consequences of flexibilisation of working time considered from the angle of implementing the human resource management process. In light of the obtained results of the research, it is concluded among others, that it is desirable to continue the research and, at the same time, to conduct in-depth research within the discussed scope.
