Summary/Abstract: The end of the cold War at the very end of the XX century brought great changes for the international relations, and also for the international organi-zations. exactly they can be considered as a bridge between two leading pro-cesses in the international relations - Globalization and internationalization. That is confirmed by the fact that advancing of the global integration was helped by the raising number and widening role of the international organi-zations after iiWW, with the emphasis on their part in organizing and control-ling international side of the national politics. changes could be noticed in the international Law discipline: processes in the modern international relations, and the needs of the contemporary Liberal theory, brought the interest for the international Law theories, opening space that this law begins with the regulation for the new areas of international cooperation. There are more authors who reconsider the status quo in this theory, and the most active are those belonging to the critical Legal Studies, which reopens the question of the “slipping international Law theory”, trace movement of the legal argumen-tation, emphasizing that delineation of the international Law from interna-tional Politics is not possible. new track in theory which brings together two disciplines of international Law and international relations is the process of Legalization, which represents one of the forms of institutionalization of international relations. Legalization can be defined as a form of consensus between states, mostly expressed in the work of international organizations, on the basis of which international legal obligation is becoming legally biding.
