Summary/Abstract: Right on utilization of archival records falls into the category of archivists’ problems whose solution is of the utmost importance for them. Free access to all documents will never be completely possible for numerous reasons. Everything is not always available. And archivists and users should be aware of it. Recommendations are that we should go to meet greater accessibility for the purpose of finding out the truth. This is why it is necessary to clearly define which documents should be of a state secret and which protect the integrity of the person.
