Summary/Abstract: The Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability (LOHAS) has emerged as a significant global paradigm, characterized by a diverse range of interpretations across cultural and social contexts, which are reviewed in the articleThe paper profiles the program conducted by the Department of LOHAS Industry at Fo Guang University in Yilan, Taiwan—notable as a pioneering academic unit to officially adopt the 'LOHAS' designation. Within the higher education LOHAS is positioned as multifaceted construct: an institutional identity, a pedagogical orientation, and an operational vehicle for social initiatives The study delineates the program's organizational background, participant demographics, core objectives, and curricular structure. Diverse array of pedagogical strategies as well as the reciprocal benefits for faculty, students, community members, and industry partners have been identified. The study provides practical implications for educational policymakers and institutional leadership and individual faculty members dedicated to the advancement of sustainable education. W tekście dokonano konceptualizacji pojęcia, prezentując jego różnorodne znaczenia i konteksty. Głównym przedmiotem analizy jest program studiów realizowany przez Wydział LOHAS na Uniwersytecie Fo Guang w Prowincji Yilan na Tajwanie – pionierską jednostkę akademicką, która oficjalnie przyjęła oznaczenie „LOHAS”.
