Summary/Abstract: This article analyses the cybersecurity policies of Poland, Finland, and Sweden within the context of the contemporary European security environment. States operating in a highly digitalised and contested environment increasingly embed cybersecurity within core security policy rather than treating it as a separate technical domain. The analysis draws on selected legal acts and strategic documents and applies a systemic and comparative approach to identify both shared instruments and country-specific institutional solutions. The findings indicate that cybersecurity is closely linked to the protection of critical infrastructure, the continuity of public administration and the ability of institutions to function under conditions of disruption and external pressure. However, differences emerge in how similar assumptions are translated into organisational and coordination mechanisms, reflecting distinct administrative traditions, security cultures and geopolitical positions. The article also shows that NATO membership reinforces the political importance of cybersecurity without fundamentally altering the underlying logic of national policies.
