Summary/Abstract: Everyone is guaranteed the right to health and mental health protection. With reference to the above, the activity carried out by the entity using the environment (or a natural person) that threatens life or health of people, should be withheld by an authority competent in the area of environmental protection, by an administrative decision, which refers to any negative activity causing such a threat.
