Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the history of S.T.E.A.M. movement (as a point in the flux of S.T.S., S.T.E.M., S.T.E.A.M., S.T.R.E.A.M, S.T.E.A.M.-h paradigm), the relationship between S.T.E.A.M. and the library, taking into account the common values these two share, the role of the makerspace as a connector between S.T.E.A.M. and the library, and the critics the S.T.E.M. movement is facing.
