Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the integration of ethical dimensions into economic analysis in the context of globalization and the digital economy, as well as the assessment of the applicability of Grzegorz W. Kołodko's concept of "New Pragmatism." The aim is to determine to what extent New Pragmatism constitutes a coherent and applicable theoretical-policy framework that enables the correction of contemporary market failures (informational, environmental, and distributive) and the reduction of inequalities. Based on a critical literature review with elements of a scoping approach, the study demonstrates that GDP-based measures are insufficient, greater policy relevance is provided by combining panel-type well-being indicators (e.g., OECD frameworks) with sustainability metrics (ANS, GPI, Ecological Footprint). The findings highlight the need for a "policy mix" integrating distributive instruments, digital/information regulations, and environmental tools, embedded in transparent ethical and institutional frameworks, while also identifying operational limitations and the potential risk of excessive normativity.
