Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the publication is to present the proposed solutions for the model of professional development officers of the logistics corps. The content of the publication shows that the knowledge and qualifications have a significant impact on the development of professional officers and state security. The presented approach shows possible variants of development of human resources officers in three functional divisions: commander; a staff and security.
