Summary/Abstract: This study examines Russia's policy towards Palestine within a chronological framework. The historical and contemporary aspects of Russia's policy towards Palestine are analysed in detail. Conceptually, the study examines Russia's policy towards Palestine in terms of historical continuity and change, addressing Russia's stance towards Palestine through strategic, theological and geopolitical parameters. This has laid the groundwork for the conceptual background of the study. The main objective of the study is to reveal the strategic, ideological, and geopolitical parameters that shaped Russia's approach to Palestine in different periods. To this end, the study analyses the dynamics that determined Russia's policy towards Palestine within a chronological and comparative framework, explaining the transformation of this policy during the Tsarist, Soviet, and post-Soviet periods. In this context, the study seeks to answer the question of the parameters and instruments that shaped Russia's policy towards Palestine. To this end, the factors determining Russia's perspective on Palestine are examined within a chronological and comparative framework. The hypothesis that Russia's Palestine policy was shaped within a framework containing period-specific factors was decisive in forming the study's objectives and methodology. This hypothesis was tested by examining the fundamental characteristics of Russia's Palestine policy during the Tsarist, Soviet, and post-Soviet periods. Accordingly, the study has been structured to cover the three periods relevant to Russia's policy on Palestine. This structure is important for a better understanding of the subject and for gaining a comparative perspective. This is because it is clear that each of the three periods has specific characteristics and priorities. For example, while theological factors were at the forefront during the Tsarist period, ideological components were more decisive during the Soviet period. However, in the context of accurately examining the study's objective, realpolitik dynamics have not been overlooked. At the same time, each period has a conceptual framework that determines the direction of Russia's policy towards Palestine. This necessitates an examination of Russia's Palestine policy within a chronological framework. Thus, the comparative approach across periods has enabled the study to acquire an original character and, most importantly, to achieve its theoretical and conceptual objectives. In this respect, the study aims to serve as an important source for the relevant literature.
