Summary/Abstract: Starting with 01.12.2020, the lease agreement of 02.10.2020 was terminated by agreement of the parties, so that the claim subject to forced execution representing rent for the months of December 2020 – September 2021 exceeds the validity period of the contract, lacking the enforceable title. Specifically, from the telephone messages sent between the parties, it appears that, on 21.11.2020, the appellant contestant informed the respondent that from 01.12.2020 he intends to leave the rented apartment, and the latter agreed, but asked him to notify him 2 3 days in advance.
