Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study was to determine the significance of indicators of the dimensions of existence (biological, psychological and noetic) in explaining students’ resilience, measured using the Resilience Assessment Questionnaire (QuR-26). The survey involved 271 participants, with a mean age of 22.17 years (SD=3.80). The regression analysis included indicators such as sense of meaning in life, life satisfaction, generalized self-efficacy, perseverance, problem-solving readiness, and personality dimensions according to the Big Five model. The analysis of the results showed that statistically significant predictors of resilience were life satisfaction, extraversion, sense of purpose in life, and self-efficacy. These findings may serve as a guideline for the development of preventive programs targeting secondary school students, as well as university students.
