Summary/Abstract: In the study an attempt to validate the values of life and the level of satisfaction with life in Poland was undertaken, depending on one of the main variables describing health of the population, namely the existence (or not) of disability. In this regard, the most recent data (from 2011) on more than 26 thousand respondents were used, which are collected in the so-called “Social Diagnosis” survey. To elaborate this data, analysis of variance, regression and correspondence was used. It turned out that there is a diversity of life’s values and the level of satisfaction with various aspects of life between non-disabled persons and disabled ones. In addition, under these two sub-populations, the distribution of these notes is affected by some other socio-demographic characteristics, but in both groups the feature that diversifies these notes the most was socio-professional status.
