Summary/Abstract: The article presents the activities and achievements of a unique Erasmus+ consortium in Poland, uniting eight schools with bilingual French programs. Established in 2022, the consortium aims to enhance teachers' linguistic and methodological competencies and to provide students with opportunities for international exchanges. It highlights the concept of the teacher as a lifelong learner, describing various professional development opportunities, such as language courses, methodological training, and job shadowing in France. The text emphasises the transformative impact of mobility experiences on teachers and students, fostering intercultural understanding, motivation, and innovative teaching practices. The article concludes that Erasmus+ projects strengthen schools, promote teamwork, and prepare both teachers and students for the challenges of a globalised educational environment.
