Summary/Abstract: Diaphantine equations with two unknowns are considered, one of which participates in a rational expression. Using algebraic identities, the problems are reduced to simple divisibility checking. The paper [2] from the references is dedicated to similar problems applying a different approach. The present material is suitable for 7th grade students and higher.
