Summary/Abstract: Teaching a foreign language is a complex process that involves numerous participants and skills. Nowadays, teachers are facing a lot of challenges in the traditional classrooms because of the continuous development of technology. Adaptability lies at the base of progress, therefore it is our duty to embrace and to learn how to adapt to the newly digitalized reality. No matter how advanced technology becomes, the need for learning foreign languages will not disappear. Over the years, teaching methods have been adapted to students’ needs and expectations. In this new era where artificial intelligence and digital skills are becoming the new normal, teachers must adapt their lessons accordingly. Digital tools contribute to the teaching process as they help teachers maximize their results and help students understand better. The use of such tools is necessary to meet the new expectations of the new generations of students to come.
