Summary/Abstract: The subject of this communication is part of an interdisciplinary approach to doctoral research on the topic: Score, space for interference between the musical dimension and visual expression. Both music and painting explore illusory areas, foreign to their own nature. Painting seeks the illusion of time, music the illusion of space. Both types of artistic languages reflect man's way of relating to the space-time continuation of which he is a part, and through which, in an attempt to tame him, he is culturalized, articulating him through fragmentation. Like natural language, the articulation of the necessary artistic languages has its origin in gesture. The gesture involves fascicular, syncretic action and participation of the senses: tactile, sonorous and visual. The isolation of these three senses scalar transposes a metaphor of distance: from tactile contact, through sound intermediation, to visual as a landmark to overcoming proximity, to distance. If the first part of this research deals with the issue of continuous article seen by Roman Jakobson as "an intervention of culture in nature" of which, by segmentation and spatialization, phonological structural results, alphabets, scalar musical structures (modes), two parts are in foreground writing and positioning it between gestural and mechanical. Finally, the third part deepens the parallel between verbal writing and musical note, respectively the relationship between the iconic and symbolic aspect of the various types of graphic representations, the relationship between their pictographic, ideographic or mixed nature.
