Summary/Abstract: This study examines the effects of organizational learning and knowledge sharing on employees’ task performance and motivation, as well as the mediating role of motivation in these relationships. Data was collected from 214 managerial-level employees in the manufacturing sector in Gebze, Kocaeli, using a survey and analyzed with SPSS. The results show that organizational learning positively influences both task performance and motivation. Similarly, knowledge sharing enhances task performance and increases employee motivation. Motivation also plays a significant mediating role in the relationships between organizational learning and task performance and between knowledge sharing and task performance. The study’s theoretical contribution lies in revealing motivation’s mediating role, adding a psychological dimension to the knowledge-based management literature. Its practical contribution demonstrates that strengthening a learning culture, promoting knowledge sharing, and enhancing employee motivation can more effectively improve task performance.
